1. Handmade

Each and every piece of jewellery on this website is handmade, therefore please be aware that products may differ very slightly to those shown. This is particularly apparent when using semi precious gemstones as they are a natural product and as such are subject to slight variations in colour and shape, something which we feel adds to the jewellery's own unique qualities.

2. Packaging

All items £20 and under will be wrapped in layers of tissue paper, hand tied with ribbon and placed in a pretty organza bag.

All items £21 and over will be wrapped in layers of tissue paper, placed in one of our signature boxes and hand tied with satin ribbon.

3. Payment

When you place your order online, payment is made via debit or credit card with my payment service provider, Paypal - a Paypal account is not required to use this service. During checkout you will be directed to their secure server for immediate confirmation. No banking details are ever held in clear text on any website, nor are they seen or held by Eva-Mae Jewellery.

Please note that your order will not be processed until full payment has been received.

We aim to dispatch all "in stock" items within 48 hours of confirmation or your payment. For all made to order items you will be advised of an approximate dispatch date via email.  

Our lead times for made to order items does vary throughout the year, however an approximate guide can be seen below:
The Bridal Collection -  For jewellery items please allow up to 4 weeks and for hair accessories please allow up to 8 weeks.
The Birthstone Collection - Please allow up to 2 weeks.

Should you require your item quicker than the estimated date, please let me know prior to ordering and I will do my best to accommodate your required date.

You will receive an email confirming that your item has been dispatched, along with tracking information where used.

Items are dispatched Monday - Friday. They will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

If you are purchasing an item as a gift you are able to select a different delivery address at the checkout, so that the recipient can have the item delivered directly to them. A hand written message can also be included, simply write your message in the comments box at the checkout.

4. Postage

£51.00 - £500.00 (Royal Mail Special Delivery) £8.00
£501.00 + (Royal Mail Special Delivery) FREE

Items can be sent overseas, however please contact me here with your address prior to placing your order so that I can let you know the postage cost.

Please note that Eva-Mae Jewellery are not responsible for any import/duty taxes which may be payable on your item, on arrival into your country.

5. Returns Policy

I hope that you are happy with your purchase from Eva-Mae Jewellery but if, for any reason it has failed to meet your expectations, you may return your jewellery within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unworn and in a resaleable condition with their original packaging. Please contact me before returning any items.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 28 days for the refund to show up in your account. Refunds can only be made to the original payment card used for your order.

Please note that whilst the original delivery cost will be refunded, the delivery cost for returning the item must be paid by the customer and it is recommended that you use a method of postage that is tracked, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery as refunds will only be made on receipt of the returned item.

Bespoke items or those that have been made to your individual requirements cannot be returned unless faulty.

The return of earrings is not accepted, this is in compliance with Health and Hygiene Regulations.

If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item by mistake, please follow the above procedure. For faulty or wrong items you will have 14 days to return the item. Please contact me prior to the return. In the situation of a faulty or wrong item you will also be refunded for the return postage.

Please note that no refunds will be given after your wedding date.

6. Personal Information

To ensure that your privacy is protected at all times, any personal information submitted is governed by our Privacy Policy which can be viewed here

7. Gift Vouchers

- Only valid for use on www.eva-mae.co.uk or at our studio.
- Only valid for use by the person named on the gift voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expires 12 months after purchase (the expiry date will be shown on the voucher).
- No change will be given.
- May be used in full or part payment.
- Can be used for one transaction only.
- Does not apply to shipping costs.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
